Senior Clinical Accreditation Manager

Leader of Ambulatory Operations 

Search is underway for a Leader of Ambulatory Operations, (title is flexible-Vice President or Managing Director), 

The position has a broad scope covering the internal operations for the accreditation process.  A high degree of knowledge, flexibility, and creativity is required to build and manage functional work teams. Candidates must be mission driven and passionate about quality medical care and performance improvement. Critical to success will be a desire for achieving and maintaining operational excellence including measured improvement toward strategic and operational goals relevant to the organization's existing and possible future service offerings and the ability to contribute to the strategic direction as a key part of the executive leadership team.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, at least twelve years work experience, and a minimum of 5 years of senior-level management experience in healthcare or a related industry. S/he should have a track record of success in staff development and succession planning; with a strong preference for a record of success participating in the design and leading the implementation for business process reengineering initiatives; outstanding interpersonal skills including communication, an understanding of national health care policy issues, and knowledge of quality improvement and clinical practices.
