Health Plan webinar faculty: Karen Connolly

Karen Connolly, RN, has over 30 years experience in operational leadership for managed health care, nursing and hospital adminstration, health information, contract administration, risk management, and strategic planning. Ms. Connolly has expertise in quality improvement activities in both hospital and ambulatory care settings where she has promoted the use of data to increase access to care and to improve the quality of health care delivery systems.

Ms. Connolly has been a surveyor for AAAHC since 1998 and serves a faculty for our educational programs. She chairs the Managed Care Advisory Committee, serves on the Medical Home Advisory Committee, and is a past member of the Task Force on Quality Improvement.
