Application for Survey
All organizations, regardless of the survey type (Initial Survey, Re-survey, Reaccreditation Survey, Medicare Survey, etc.) must complete the electronic Application for Survey. It allows you to upload documents directly through the website and submit them to the AAAHC office and surveyors.
The AAAHC accreditation program was developed specifically for ambulatory health care organizations. To prepare for a survey, review the relevant AAAHC Handbook which is the comprehensive manual of AAAHC Standards.
