Provide Feedback on an Accredited Organization

The AAAHC provides an opportunity during the on-site survey for members of the general public to present pertinent and valid information about the organization being surveyed and its provision of health care or compliance with Accreditation Association Standards.

In addition, individuals may provide such information about an AAAHC-accredited organization in writing at any time by sending a letter to:
