The Accreditation Association provides an opportunity during the on-site survey for members of the general public to present pertinent and valid information about the organization being surveyed and its provision of health care or compliance with Accreditation Association standards.

In addition, individuals may provide such information about an AAAHC accredited organization in writing at any time by sending a letter to AAAHC Accreditation Services Department at 5250 Old Orchard Road, Suite 200, Skokie, IL, 60077 or via email to info@aaahc.org. In your letter or email, please include your name, address, phone number and email address if applicable, along with your comments and preferred contact method.
