Take the Survey: Safety Attitudes in the primary care setting
Primary Care providers and staff asked to respond – 3/18/2014
Patient safety is the cornerstone of quality care. In its continuing effort to improve the quality of care, the AAAHC Institute for Quality Improvement is conducting a survey on safety attitudes within the primary care setting.
Please share the link and pass code below with your entire health care team, including staff in your satellite offices. We are looking for input from as many staff as possible. Please have staff complete this survey by Wednesday, April 2, 2014. The survey contains 36 multiple choice and rating questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
