Become a AAAHC Surveyor

Take your experience to the next level with AAAHC. You’ve built your career in the ambulatory setting—now become a part of our mission of improving health care quality through accreditation.

AAAHC is now accepting applications for the Surveyor position.

Our goal is to expand our cadre of primary care and surgical setting Health Surveyors with individuals passionate about learning, experienced in accreditation processes, and interested in sharing their knowledge, experience and constructive evaluation skills with others in this space. Additionally, we are also expanding our Life Safety Code Surveyor team which requires health facility experience and knowledge of the NFPA compliance codes.

AAAHC Surveyors benefit from a distinguished resume while they share their enthusiasm for a collaborative and educational approach to surveying. The recruitment effort will be a highly structured selection process featuring:

  • Online application
  • Rigorous staff review
  • Expert interview team (experienced Surveyors, staff, leadership)

Within 45 days of application submission, we will send you an update on your application status. Individuals accepted into the program will participate in a multi-component blended learning program conducted both online and in-person. Training will emphasize both knowledge/skill growth and team building. We expect to conduct core training beginning in the first quarter of 2022.
