The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) announces that more than 70% of the ASC organizations named by The Leapfrog Group for 2025 Top ASCs also achieved accreditation through AAAHC.

This award recognizing the highest-performing surgery centers is based on excellence in upholding quality standards across several areas of patient care, including staffing, hand hygiene, infection rates, practices for safer surgery, and error prevention.
