The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) today launched its 1095 Advance AI Governance Guide, a complimentary implementation resource designed to help ambulatory care organizations establish practical governance frameworks for the safe, effective, and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI).
As AI becomes increasingly integrated into daily clinical and operational workflows, organizations face new opportunities to improve efficiency and decision support while managing risks related to patient safety, privacy, bias, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. The 1095 Advance AI Governance Guide helps organizations move beyond AI concepts to practical implementation by providing actionable tools that support governance, oversight, and continuous improvement throughout the 1,095-day accreditation cycle.
