AAAHC Institute Benchmarking Studies
AAAHC Institute benchmarking studies are open to all ambulatory surgery centers, AAAHC accredited or not. Participation in AAAHC Institute benchmarking studies helps ambulatory healthcare organizations to perform clinical performance measurement and quality improvement. The studies also aid those organizations pursuing AAAHC accreditation to meet standards set forth in Chapter 5-II-C of the AAAHC Accreditation Handbook.
AAAHC Institute Surgical/Procedural, and Student Health Services, Patient Satisfaction Studies:
All ambulatory surgery and college student health services, whether AAAHC accredited or not, are welcome to participate in AAAHC Institute Surgical/Procedural (or Student Health Services) Patient Satisfaction Studies. These studies enable organizations to learn how their patients experience the quality of the care they receive and are ongoing; you can enroll at any time. Patient Satisfaction studies are not benchmarking studies; still, participation can help your organization meet patient satisfaction standards set forth in Chapter 3 of the AAAHC Accreditation Handbook.
